thanks for those quick replies! Yes, i scanned my music folders and I see them on the lefthand side in the web interface. And when I click on the plus sign on a particular song, nothing happens. Also the playlist directory is within my music folder (i don't know if this is a problem) so the rights are changed for everything includig this particular folder. At the moment all files in my music folder are accecible to everyone (group and others) for both read and write.
