Ok, I'm sorry to have wasted your time! As it turns out I'm just an idiot!
All the time I was trying to create a playlist and on the lefthandside in the browser window it said "no player found". I just didn't pay any attention to it because I don't own a squeezebox, so I figured it might be normal... Now, as all of you might know, you have to connect to (in case one doesn't own a squeezebox etc.) localhost:9000/stream.mp3 in order to be able to create a playlist.
