I have a new laptop that I've setup to dual boot to Ubuntu Linux. It is the current version of the desktop release. I'm trying to see if I can move away from using Vista on it.
After installing Java, I got softsqueeze to install and run. It works fine playing through the headphone jack on the laptop. However, I'd perfer to listen through a USB soundcard that I have. I'm able to get VLC and Rhythmbox to play audio through the USB soundcard, but I cannot figure out how to get Softsqueeze to do it. I went into the sound settings and set everything to default to the USB sound card. Still, Softsqueeze insists on playing through the internal sound card. Ideas? Thanks! -- maggior ------------------------------------------------------------------------ maggior's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9080 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=46292 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
