hi all,

I've got SqueezeCenter installed on Debian Linux. the website seems to
work ok and my Squeezeboxes are connected and can play music via
SqueezeNetwork.

I'm having a problem browsing to the folder containing my music files
on the SC setting webpage.
my music is stored at /mnt/data/music, but the browser cannot see any
folders under /mnt/data.

any ideas anyone?

I was wondering if it might be a permissions problem. following some
helpful advice from Millwood (cheers fellah), I've amended the
permissions as follows:
>
> bender:/mnt/data# ls -l
> total 40
> drwxrwxrwx 176 tris tris 4096 2008-04-15 22:50 music
>

if it helps, my SC version data is as follows:
>
> SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0 - 17793 - Debian - EN - utf8
> Server IP address: 192.168.1.65
> Perl Version: 5.8.8 i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi
> MySQL Version: 5.0.32-Debian_7etch5
>
> Platform Architecture: i686-linux

as an aside, when I check the databases present in MySQL I see the
following:
>
> mysql> show databases;
> +--------------------+
> | Database |
> +--------------------+
> | information_schema |
> | mysql |
> +--------------------+
> 2 rows in set (0.00 sec)

not sure if there should be a SqueezeCenter db in there??

cheers in advance!
