That's the log message and there's a lot of them. Every 5 sec to be exact.
After "/etc/init.s/squeezecenter start", there is a line in the server log file "squeezecenter_safe started" , followed by the endless repetition of "SqueezeCenter died. Restarting." Not too informative. And Slimcenter cannot be accessed via port 9000. Reboot does not help. This started with an major Debian testing update on May 23 that included Slimcenter V7.0.2. I tried reverting to V7.0.1, pre-update, and get the same problem. So something else (mysql, a perl package??) may have changed to cause the problem? I see that /var/lib/squeezecenter/cache has no entries after May 23, the same time as the upgrades. Any suggestions as to how I should fix/debug this? Maybe a complete purge of the squeezecenter package? Supposedly "apt-get --purge remove squeezecenter" will remove the mysql database info too? -- blazerte ------------------------------------------------------------------------ blazerte's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5090 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48103 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
