I'm trying to create a cron job that will periodically browse a certain SqueezeCenter music folder so that recent podcasts are added to the music database. After mucking about for an hour, I must admit I'm clueless.
Do I need to write a script that will log into SqueezeCenter, run a musicfolder command, and log out? Or can I run a telnet command that includes the musicfolder command and folder_id? I'm also not sure how to get the folder id of the folder I want to scan.
