Glad to hear you got it.  I had a lot of trouble getting SqueezeCenter
to run on Solaris, SlimServer was much easier.

I did add a note to the wiki about using the correct GD plugin
version.

I think the coolest thing I've done is when I setup a sparse root zone
and setup another instance of SlimServer and had it scan my wife's
iTunes library.  Just tell the Squeezebox to connect to the other
SlimServer and bang!  His & hers libraries.  Too bad she couldn't fight
the temptation to buy DRM tracks...
