Yes, it was running build-perl-modules that generated the DBD-SQLite
error. Running perl Makefile.PL on SQLite 1.11 gave:

<share/backup/temp/DBD-SQLite-1.11# perl Makefile.PL
Checking installed SQLite version...
Looks good
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lsqlite3
Using DBI 1.604 (for perl 5.008008 on arm-none-linux-gnueabi) installed
in /opt/
lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/arm-linux/auto/DBI/
Writing Makefile for DBD::SQLite

make then completed ok, but the make test threw up loads of errors. Is
the warning about -lsqlite3 significant?
