40KB/s is too low for FLAC, I'd expect more than double that if it's actually playing - which would account for why the music keeps stopping! The question is why the bandwidth is so low - is the server unable to stream any faster, or is the network constrained? Can you run the network test from SC's Help menu? You need to be able to get a solid result for at least 1mbps to be safe for FLAC playback. -- radish ------------------------------------------------------------------------ radish's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=77 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53152 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
