Looks like you found the fix Guido!  Stopping and restarting the
service's in question works as well.
AppArmor is like a new take on security - if it isn't listed as allowed
by Apparmor it won't run.  If you install and it won't run, restart you
pc and try again.

I don't think blindly disabling security features is a good answer.
