your best bet is mp3tag, and the way to do it is as follows: load your entire mp3 library into mp3tag sort the tracks my filename, then folder (click on the column headings) select all mp3 files (ctrl-a), right click and select copy tag load entire flac library into mp3tag without first closing it sort flac library in exactly the same sort order (i am assuming here the only difference in filename is the extension)right click and select paste tags
