Isn't ClarkConnect a server OS which is configured by a web page?  How
can you run softsqueeze on it?

If what you want to do is run softsqueeze on another machine and point
it to your server running SqueezeCenter on ClarkConnect, then that
makes sense.  You need Java installed on the client side, not the
server side - so you don't need to install java on your CC server.
