Thank You. I believe you are right and I found the bug report, created the dummy file removed squeezecenter and reinstalled it from scratch but it still doesn't work. The install gave no error messages but I am not able to log into squeezecenter. It starts and stops without error messages but my browser is not able to open port:9000
I haven't had time to check the error log yet and I am not sure where to find it - Is there a trouble shooting faq? I believe the problem may have been the biography and album review plugins. I guess I shouldn't have installed both at the same time.
