The RPM doesn't add anything to the GUI menus because it is installed as
a system daemon and not as a user program.  If everything went
correctly, it should have been started as part of the RPM install and
you should be able to check by going to http://localhost:9000.  It
should also be configured to automatically start on any system reboot.

If you want to manually start and stop it, usethe following as root or
with sudo:
/sbin/service squeezecenter start
/sbin/service squeezecenter stop
