Hi, I was the OP, but I never managed to solve this one and gave up. I know the SB3 can control WOL effectively, even with ClarkConnect, as it worked pretty well out of the box an another (non VIA) machine, but try as I might, a combination of hardware and software I didn't really understand defeated me here. I just leave it on all the time now!
