You'll need to provide a lot more information. Machine specs, file type, OS, network setup etc etc. Also, what exactly do you mean by "Everytime when I turn on my Transporter is takes at least a minute before music starts playing" - do you mean the delay between pressing play on an item and hearing music, or something else? Because just turning on the TP shouldn't usually start anything playing!
