I do not want to hijack this thread but I believe I have the same
problem. My SB3 stops responding to remote control commands as I am
making a selection.  This occurs randomly until it resets itself; it
takes about 45 seconds for the reset. The SB3 will continue playing its
previous assignment without a problem you just have to wait until it
unlocks to use the remote.

Maybe there is a plug-in that I should turn off. But I do not know
witch?

This has been going on forever I can’t remember if it ever did work
properly. Kind of got used to it by now.

The SB3 is wired. I have performed multiple network tests at 3000 kbps
always good results 99% to 100%.
