Has anyone tried to or been able to install SlimServer on the $100 Linux server-wall wart thing?
This is what I am talking about: http://www.linuxfordevices.com/c/a/News/100-Linux-wallwart-launches/ Its a Linux server in a wall-wart, called a SheevaPlug, that runs on ARM processor, with very low power requirements. I am concerned about running my computer all the time, due to power consumption, and am looking at low-power alternatives. The only concern I have is I am not a Linux expert, and I'm betting the Slim Server software is not compatible with this hardware. Would be great to get confirmation on that though!
