I use Media Monkey, which pulls artwork from Amazon's various sites. 
This is a bit manual (one album at a time), but works pretty well.  I
found that any fully automatic tool created a lot of cleanup work and
wasn't worth it.

Other than that, I find artwork at discogs, band web sites, AMG, and
anyplace else on the internet that might have artwork.

Recently, I've found it easier to scan it myself sometimes :-).  There
are times where I would spend 15+ min. trying to locate a good scan for
a cover.  Then I realized that sometimes it's just easier to do it
yourself!
