I installed the llvm-gcc-2.5.0 package for openSUSE 11.1 (downloaded from the Packman repository) since it was the only package that I could find that provided libssp.so. I know that mixing the gcc and llvm-gcc libraries probably isn't a good idea, but as said before, it's the only package I could find with libssp.so. After installing this package I could get squeezeboxserver up with the following command
sudo -u squeezeboxserver env LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib64/llvm-gcc/lib64/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/libexec/squeezeboxserver --d_startup This allowed me into the web GUI at http://localhost:9000/, but squeezeboxserver still doesn't see my duet receiver. I'm more than willing to be a guinea pig so let me know if I can help test any fixes in any way.
