I am inclined to think that the problem is that in my linux boxes, squeezebox server cannot connect to mysqueezebox.com.
That would - I think - explain why the internet radio options don't appear in the server and the plugin tab is inaccessible. I think it also explain why my s-radio now has to switch to mysqueezebox.com to access internet radio (maybe - I find the relationship between the player / server / mysqueezebox.com to be highly confusing and unintuitive).
