Hi,
I am running a little Linux-Server with the latest Debian distro
(6.something). On this, I installed the Squeezeboxserver, which runs
fine and smoothly. In addition I downloaded from
http://softsqueeze.sourceforge.net/ssh.html the
Softsqueeze-Application.

While the Squeezeboxserver starts automatically after each reboot, this
is not the case with the SOFTSqueezebox. In order to start the
SoftSqueezebox, I have to log in after each reboot by SSH, since I
removed the graphic-card, keyboard, monitor etc. Once logged-in, I can
start the SoftSqueezebox from the terminal with
"java -Dslimserver=localhost Dskins=headless -jar SoftSqueeze.jar".
It is obvious: I would like to have the SoftSqueezebox started
automtatically after each reboot.
But how to do this in a clean and proper way (e.g. start-stop script
for the init.d directory)?
