System/preferences/startup applications

OR in a terminal

sysv-rc-conf

You will get a message if it's not installed telling you to

sudo apt-get install sysv-rc-conf

After it installs, use the command

sysv-rc-conf

in the instructions on the screen the caret ^ means the control key so,
ctrl-r pages down. Go down to squeezebo$ and tab to columns 2 - 5 and
make them x (I think you press space.)

While there you can press H for help.
