I am running 11.04, 64 bit. Can you shoot me a link to the standard repositories and possibly instructions? I did a search using Ubuntu App Finder, no luck. And as I said in the original post, the Package I downloaded from the Logitech site under "Other" operating systems will not install and is not liked by Ubuntu at all.
