Yes in a while, I did another discovery . If use "hw:CARD=PCH,DEV=0" instead of "default" this does not seems to happen ,but i must keep volume at 100% in LMS if I adjust volume from LMS this breaks up horribly . If I use defalut i can use LMS volume without a problem . In either case i can use the computers volume without problem.
