Hi JohnB.

You are right if you say you should use the install mechanism like apt
etc. of the  OS. For a x86 platform it's works fine for me. I have only
to add the repositoy to the apt sources list. But for the arm platform
doesn't exists a prepared package and this is the reason for building
the server manually.
I have no problem to compile something or using Makefiles (I am working
many years with linux and also have experience in compiling) etc. but my
problem is that the documentation ends with the building of CPAN . I am
missing the line across all steps to get a working server.

I think it's a problem with my Perl knowledge (modules etc., i have only
experience with bash scripting in scripting languages) and I need only a
push in the correct direction.

Does anybody have more hints or may be i missed something?
