Got it working!! Thanks paulster for your help AND Triode for an AMAZING development with far reaching implications on how excellent this could be! However I thought out of interest I would show you the multitude of Output devices I have to choose from! C:\squeezelite>squeezelite-win -l Output devices: 0 - Microsoft Sound Mapper - Input 1 - Microphone (High Definition Audio) 2 - Line In (High Definition Audio 3 - Line (XMOS XS1-L1 Audio) 4 - Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output 5 - Speakers (XMOS XS1-L1 Audio) 6 - Speakers (High Definition Audio 7 - JPLAY Driver 8 - TUSBAudio ASIO Driver 9 - Speakers (XMOS XS1-L1 Audio) 10 - Speakers (High Definition Audio Device) 11 - Microphone (High Definition Audio Device) 12 - Line In (High Definition Audio Device) 13 - Line (XMOS XS1-L1 Audio) 14 - Speakers (HD Audio Headphone/Speakers) 15 - Microphone (HD Audio Muxed capture) 16 - Line In (HD Audio Muxed capture) 17 - Speakers (GOLDENOTE USB HD-DAC) 18 - Line (GOLDENOTE USB HD-ADC) >From the above the working ones are 7 - JPLAY Driver and 8 - TUSBAudio ASIO Driver! So wow - you can use Squeezelite on Windows with JPlay optimising the sound if you choose to do so! so the command I use to get the whole thing kicking in is: squeezelite-win -o 7 or squeezelite-win -o 8 The only thing that does not seem to be working is the radio - i.e. Radio Paradise for example. I would also like to know if TRIODE has some other parameters allowing you to tweak the sound further. But "brilliant" nevertheless! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ stop-spinning's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43254 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97046 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
