Thanks for everyone testing to get us to this point. This version is same code as 1.0rc4, but I'm now declaring Squeezelite as having reached initial release! I am hoping that more people will now start to use it and that we can use squeezelite as the basis for the community hardware player discussed in other threads (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?97881-Community-Funded-Squeezebox-Replacement-Would-you-be-interested).
