I can confirm that the RPi / Squeezelite / Topping TP30 combination works perfectly - guess there maybe some debate about how "audiophile" it is, but did the job pretty well for me (I've now reverted to using my TP30 with a Joggler / Squeezeplay / Squeezelite setup).
