Very strange. I wonder what on earth it could be then? All LMS settings
are at default as it's freshly installed. I NEVER use replay gain or
anything else that could have any detrimental affect on the original
material (EQ's etc. I'm a bit of a purest, which is precisely WHY I want
to use SqueezeLite, for its ASIO support ;) ).

I'm at a real loss now... Sometimes an album can start off fine, but by
the 3rd or 4th song the clipping starts and just gets worse as it goes
on.

All my rips are Apple Lossless and play fine everywhere else. I do set
LMS to convert to PCM but clipping still occurs if I set the default.

It seems to be playing exactly 1% over volume (101% ?) as turning it to
99% (using iPeng) cures it (the symptom, of course, not the disease).

Ah well...
