Win7 Home Premium 64bit. Latest LMS at default settings. Sound card is an Asus Xonar DS using standard drivers. Clipping occurs under both DirectSound and ASIO. Files are ALAC direct CD rips using dBpoweramp. 100% accurate rips as confirmed by Accurip. I like to have the 'lock volume at 100%' setting engaged for my players as I control volume from my Amp, but I get the clipping with or without it engaged.
