Did you try that other URL you posted, getting the repo rpm from one of
the arch specific directories? (The shorter version in the root of the
repo dir, which is a symbolic link on the server side is working for
me.)

PS. If you need to post output from the terminal without the URL's
getting mangled put it between code tags like below, changing the curly
brackets to square ones. eg.
