While pulseaudio is usually the first suspect when anything is wonky
with audio in the Linux world, it's not being used in this case,
squeezelite is talking directly to the alsa device. 

Terry, my priority is to get the CSOS Beta release out. Next on the list
after that is audio, finishing the ALSA drivers for John's prototype
carrier board. I've done the least amount of testing with the HDMI port
so far, other than to verify I got sound out of it. I've left the the
on-board audio playing for days, then plugged a jack back into the
line-out and verified that there were no issues with audio out. Same for
the optical. No issues there. HDMI, hasn't had anything like the same
testing by me. Something I plan to rectify in the near future.
