In terms of testing, I've installed on F16/i386, F18/arm, F18/x86_64 and
at least verified it starts, so it'll remain in the testing repo for the
time being.

- Do a relatively cheap check on the cache before updating it.
- Aggressively cache artwork URLs for http streams.
- Keep track of station icons to be displayed in Now Playing screens etc.
- Show artwork for remote streams.
- Effectively suppress duplicate Radio menu entries. Use same weight
values for locally defined TuneIn menu as for the one provided by
mysb.com.
- Merge branch 'public/7.7' into public/7.8.
- Deezer would sometimes return an empty duration. Set it to some
reasonable value, or playback would get stuck on this particular track.
- Fix condition to show defeatDestructiveTouchToPlay options.
- Expose defeatDestructiveTouchToPlay preference through the web UI.
