I know this has been listed in the FAQs, but I would just like to point out how important it would be for users willing to jump onboard and buy a wandboard now - that there will be a DIY kit of the Gen 2.
Personally I think DIY is the best option anyway, since it will not involve too much work on part of the user and should be easier to accomplish, than setting up a mini factory to build the devices.
