The lack of a battery backed RTC caused lots of problems for people
using the Touch as a server in areas where they didn't have internet
access so couldn't use NTP.  Part of the problem with the Touch tghat
there was no way to easily set the time. 

I know using the server isn't the primary use, but I can guarantee we
will have people taking a CSP to their cabin in the mountains with no
internet and using the on board server. An easy way to at least set the
time might mitigate the issues somewhat. But a battery backed RTC makes
this scenario much more usable.
