I have an issue where I seem to be stuck in 16 bit mode. I have a
HiFiMeDIY Sabre DAC which should play 24/96

Playing with the -a options does nothing after restarting squeezelite or
rebooting. Adding -r 96000 does nothing
Looks like my DAC will do 96000
