So I tried the Lilliput FA1013NP-Y/S, which is a native 1024x600 which you can input upto 1920x1080. I found I got overscan on a lot of the settings, especially 1920x1080. I ended up with 1280x1024 but then I changed the aspect ratio of the display to 4:3 (under Micellaneous in the menu). This had no overscan on and looks really nice. I didn't have any issues on artwork resolution.
