Thanks Adrian and Clive, I got the resampling working today. (loaded R4 then updated squeezelite and webgui)
It really works and does make a significant improvement over the builtin interpolation filters. It even works when still using a builtin filter but still upsampling 2x or 4x. Even with just a 96 capable DAC the upsampling to 88.2 makes a significant difference. I haven't had time yet to try a huge number of possibilities, but with the short time I was at it tonight I found that my favorite was mI:::28, even when just upsampling to 88.2 this would bring a DAC alive. Its interesting that I liked the medium better than high or very high. With higher rate DACs it's even better. With these settings squeezelite is taking about 7% according to top. Thanks again guys.
