My /etc/fstab contains the following line:
Code:
--------------------

  dsdreamer_data.local:/volume1/Music /mnt/music nfs
nofail,defaults0 0
--------------------

I've been successfully running SBS on the Wandboard for several weeks
with music on an NFS-mounted drive as shown above.
Came downstairs this morning and tried to play some music, no dice. The
tried to browse my music in Jivelite and got the spinning wheel, trying
to connect to library which finally timed out. I checked that SBS was
still running, it was. Stopping it and starting it made no difference;
the process was running but it didn't offer a web service on port 9000,
nor could Jivelite connect to it. Eventually logged in to Wandboard
using ssh and tried a df -k, which hung. Also cd /mnt/music hung my
shell. I tried to unmount the drive umount /mnt/music, which also hung.
Finally I tried a lazy umount: umount -l /mnt/music which worked. Now df
also worked. I did a mount -a; systemctl restart squeezeboxserver and
all was well again.

Should I be using nobootwait instead of nofail?

Any other ideas to help avoid this scenario in future?
