So there we go the result of my tests. I can confirm I have used the
quad image for the quad..lol...:)

1st TEST: 16 GB SandDIsk Class 10 - JiveLite starts only if I power
cycle the WB. If i reboot the WB via the CSOS web GUI jivelite won't
start either. I have tried 3 times to write the image and every time I
managed to get JIvelite up and running only after power cycling.
2nd TEST: 8 GB Sandisk Class 4 - No probs at all. Jivelite workes like a
charm. I have tried 3 times to write the image and every time it was
successful!
3rd TEST: 4 GB Sandisk Class 4 - Again no probs at all. Fully
successful!

So I believe there must be something wrong with the 16 GB SandDisk card.
I will order a new one to make some new tests...
