I've just noticed a couple of potential issues happening with my CSOS.
Firstly, over the last couple of days I seen four occurrences of the

I haven't seen (or heard) any problems when this happens while playing,
but interestingly it has happened twice when there has been no playback
being used.
[I'm currently using the Amanero USB again as audio device]
Secondly, when I go to the CSOS webpage for the Squeezelite settings and
click the 'Save', 'Save and Conditionally Restart' or 'Restart' buttons
- the CSOS logo displays briefly and then the page goes completely blank
and stays that way. I can use the 'back' button to return to the
previously displayed Squeezelite settings page.
