A couple of people testing this now on F19, I'd appreciate. Any wierd
anomolies or unexplained "issues", report them back here please. (I have
one eye on being in front of the curve this time, with support for
Fedora 20 and perl 5.18, on the day of release, rather than playing
catch-up after the November release.)

For x86_64 perl 5.18 build, Michael has bumped:
perl DBI package from DBI-1.616.tar.gz to DBI-1.628.tar.gz
perl JSON-XS package from JSON-XS-2.3.tar.gz to JSON-XS-2.34.tar.gz
F20 will be shipping with perl 5.18. We can revert to using system versions
of these packages. Let's get this tested now on F19. So stop building
"private" versions of these packages >= F19 and add Requires for them.
NB. F19 current versions: perl-JSON-XS-2.33-2 and perl-DBI-1.623-2.
