I'm not sure if this is a syntax question or if I simply am being stupid, but sometimes my player will pause playback for a second or two and drop the sound. I am running Squeezelite 1.2 on a VAMP. So I did some research and decided to try increasing the buffer size in Squeezelite. I connected to the layer using Putty and entered
squeezelite -a 60 I got the following errors: test_open:160 playback open error: Device or resource busy output_init:1391 unable to open output device So, do I need to stop Squeezelite before I try to make this change, or what am I doing wrong? And if I do need to stop Squeezelite how do I do that, please? Any advice, including sample code syntax, would be appreciated.
