Revert previous attempt to improve genre filtering. This needs more
thought.
Cache::BaseCache::Canonicalize_Expiration_Time would not return absolute
timestamps, but seconds from now only. We must always add the current
time, or the timestamp would end up in the past.
When adding tracks to a random mix, skip items which have multiple
genres, and where one of those genres is on the exclusion list.
Filter track mixes as well as album mixes.
Filtering genres needs a little more thought. Leave change in for tracks
only.

FLAC + CUE sheet broken: only the first track would be played, while
metadata does update.
Make sure we don't overwrite mapped values. Otherwise the empty
AUDIO_OFFSET in the CUE sheet would overwrite the previously mapped
OFSSET value.

Add context menu item to quickly jump back by X seconds within podcasts.
Fall back to default artwork if we're left with an invalid URL.
