Disable stats reporting.
Suppress a lengthy stack trace on mysb.com. We don't have a
contributor's table in slimservice. Use remote meta data instead.
Don't log invalid username messages on mysb.com, as they're useless
without the actual username.
SB Radio or Boom could end up with volume fixed at 100% and no way out.
Make sure any player without digital out has the digitalVolumeControl
pref set. Don't allow to change it on such players.
