Did you let your Touch update its firmware when it first connected to the Wandboard? I ask because it works fine in my system, but my Touch is still running 7.7.2. So maybe there is an issue with the latest Touch firmware and version 7.8 LMS on the Wandboard? 1 x SB3, 1 x SB Boom, 1 x SB Radio and 2 x SB Touch - all wireless 1 x Wandboard behind the bedroom ceiling ReadyNAS NVX running LMS 7.7.3. w iTunes plugin iPeng 7 on iPhone.
