Thanks. I think I am doing something wrong then, as squeezelite has been
started with the -v option enabled:

indeed the Visulizer checkbox is ticked on the squeezelite web-gui
config page as also advised by Clive.
Problem being I can't see any other option in the settings, screen, now
playing views but not ART_AND_TEXT.
