OK, something I have done for the F20 version, (splitting the package and removing the Apache dep unless you install the httpd sub-package), is impacting back on F19. (And I want to keep this, so I'm loathe to go back to a single monolithic package.) With the base package, squeeze-web-gui, you need to access via tomcat, "http://wandboard.local:8080/squeeze/";. If you install the ROOT subpackage as well, "sudo csos-cleanInstall-testing squeeze-web-gui-ROOT", you can access via the root of tomcat, and will be re-directed, "http://wandboard.local:8080/";.
