That looks fine to me... strange... I can come up with two things to try: 1. Although your AP seems to be using a pre-shared key, try using WAP instead of WPA 2. 2. This is might be a long shot but can you try using channel 11 instead of channel 1 on your AP? There are quite a few wireless networks in your area and a few of them are quite strong on channel 1.
